Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products ordered from the EstCrafts online store throughout Estonia, both to parcel lockers and by courier directly to your chosen address. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Parcel Locker Delivery

We offer delivery to parcel lockers operated by the following shipping companies:

  • Omniva

  • DPD

  • Unisend

  • SmartPosti

FREE delivery to parcel lockers in Estonia on orders of €49 or more!

For orders under €49, shipping costs depend on the selected delivery company. The exact shipping fee is displayed in the shopping cart or at checkout before confirming your order.

Courier Services

You can choose to have your order delivered by courier directly to your home, workplace or another address of your choice.

We offer the following courier services:

  • Omniva Courier

  • DPD Courier

  • SmartPosti Courier

  • Unisend Courier (kui teenus on kassas saadaval)

The courier delivery fee depends on the selected shipping company and delivery address and is displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on orders of €49 or more applies only to parcel locker deliveries within Estonia, not to courier services.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is received..

After the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company, the delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination.

Weekends, public holidays and increased workloads at shipping companies may extend delivery times.

If dispatch or delivery takes longer than usual, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Receiving Your Parcel

When ordering to a parcel locker:

Once your parcel arrives at the selected parcel locker, the shipping company will usually send you an SMS or email with the information needed to collect it.

Please collect your parcel within the storage period specified in the shipping company's notification.

When ordering courier delivery:

The courier will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. The exact delivery terms depend on the selected shipping company.

Please make sure that your phone number, email address and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If you wish to change the delivery address, delivery method or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate the requested changes whenever possible.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company, it may no longer be possible to make changes to the order.

Damaged or Missing Parcel

If your parcel arrives in damaged packaging or you notice any shipping damage to the product, please notify us as soon as possible.

If possible, please include photos of the damaged packaging and product, along with your order number.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will help track your shipment and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

EstCrafts also ships orders internationally. At checkout, the available delivery methods and their costs are displayed based on the destination country.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, selected delivery service and order details. The exact shipping fee is displayed before confirming your order.

If you would like to order to a country where our online store does not currently offer shipping, please contact us. We will explore available shipping options and provide a personalized quote if necessary.

Returns

If the ordered product is not suitable, consumers generally have the right to return goods purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving them.

In the case of a standard withdrawal within 14 days, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
