Terms and Conditions

The owner of the estcrafts.ee online store (hereinafter the “Online Store”) is Estlon OÜ (registry code 17426987), located at Lille tn 2, Haapsalu, Lääne County 90504, Estonia.

Sales Contract Validity, Product and Price Information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed in euros (€) and are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Placing an Order

Kauba tellimiseks tuleb lisada soovitud tooted ostukorvi. Tellimuse vormistamiseks tuleb täita nõutud andmeväljad ning valida sobiv toodete kohaletoimetamise viis. Seejärel kuvatakse ekraanile tasu suurus, mille saab tasuda läbi panga, kaardimakse või pangaülekandega läbi Montonio maksekeskuse.

The contract enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notice.

Delivery

Kaupu saadetakse Euroopa liidu riikidesse kasutades Montonio tarne teenuseid.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 business days from the date the sales contract enters into force.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. [Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal; in such a case, the relevant products and services must be listed, and they must meet the conditions set out in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act.]

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as would be permitted when testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a notice of withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted to the email address [info@estcrafts.ee](mailto:info@estcrafts.ee) no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the notice, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back, or until the buyer has provided evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund to the consumer any costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if, due to an error, the price of the goods in the Online Store has been indicated significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to Submit Complaints

The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity with the contract terms or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time the goods were delivered and that become apparent within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year from delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s obligation to rebut this presumption.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods were delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer all fees related to the sales contract.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for processing the order and shipping the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to the company providing delivery services for the purpose of delivering the goods. 

The Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer may unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

Kui ostja ja Veebipood ei suuda lahenda vaidlust kokkuleppe teel, siis on ostjal võimalik pöörduyda Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole. Menetlustingimustega saab tutvuda ning avaldust esitada here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The consideration of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
