We recommend maintaining the set at least once a year using linseed oil or regular cooking oil. Regular oiling helps preserve the beautiful appearance of the wood and prevents cracks caused by drying out. Before oiling, the product must be cleaned and completely dry. The oil should be applied to both sides to prevent the wood from warping. After washing or oiling, place the tray to dry so that air can circulate freely around both sides, for example in an upright position. This helps the product keep its proper shape and prevents twisting. Washing in a dishwasher is not recommended.
